1) Teaching: deliver courses for students.
2) Research: engaging in research work in the field of information and communication engineering,and publish at least 2 SCI-indexed papers as the first author or corresponding author; apply for more than 1 project at the provincial or ministerial level or above; assist in supervise 2 postgraduates.
3) Discipline construction: assist in information and communication engineering discipline planning, discipline evaluation, platform construction, etc.
4) Public management & service: revise and polish more than 10 papers, participate in the construction of English website and the compilation of pamphlets, assist in global cooperation and communication, participate in the reception of foreigners.
