Join the Informatics Support Team for Agilent's Life Sciences and Applied Markets Group (LSAG) Software and Informatics Division. This team supports the world's leading software for managing laboratory instrumentation, electronic content management, and business process workflows. Our products provide a web-based infrastructure for automation of the entire lab, from data generation through analysis and reports. We provide open platform architecture for automation of the entire lab.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Agilent sales, support and engineering teams in working with customers to install OpenLAB informatics software including database, networking, and chromatography questions.
- Managing product escalations and troubleshooting issues onsite during heightened situations. This involves working with Agilent teams (Support, Sales, Marketing, R&D) to provide the best solution to the customer.
- Collaborating with our customer's IT departments on best practices, supported configurations and virtualization technologies, etc.
- Working with Agilent field teams to help train customers (either onsite or remotely) on OpenLAB informatics products to help those customers become productive users of the software.
- Documenting both Agilent internal and customer-facing technical solutions to facilitate better communication of our software workflows to our customers and the Agilent field.
