As a trainer / training coach in the field of IT, you accompany our dual students in the fields of computer science, business informatics and our trainees in the professions of IT. You plan, prepare and teach the learning content (e.g. operating systems, databases and programming languages), you also monitor the learning progress and offer individual support measures You will teach our learners hard skills and soft skills (e.g. communication skills or project management), and you will also be responsible for the regular assessment of these skills. You will be responsible for administrative and organizational tasks (such as data maintenance in our training tool, but also appointment coordination). You continuously deal with new technologies (such as IoT, Cloud Computing, or ITIL) as well as innovative teaching/learning methods. You evaluate, design and implement cross-disciplinary and cross-professional topics and projects (such as web applications with database connection) In the area of adult education, you develop further training measures and then implement these qualification measures You are the interface to the responsible universities, vocational schools and chambers and are an appointed IHK examiner. Your profile for "Making the future possible". You have completed your bachelor's degree in computer science. Alternatively, you have a comparable technical education/qualification. You have several years of experience in the administration and configuration of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) and networks (LAN/WAN).  You also have knowledge in the areas of network technology and IT security. Ideally, you have knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python or Java) In addition to your analytical way of thinking, you show a high degree of initiative, empathy and the ability to work in a team.
