The Information Management Assistant is responsible for supporting in setting up and maintaining processes, methods and tools ensuring the project-wide consistent approach on generating and exchanging information. Provide specialist advice relating to information management practices Contribute to the strategic direction of information management in project management and system engineering disciplines Coordinate the development and implementation of information management practices, including tools, guidelines, and procedures Assist stakeholders to define and understand their responsibilities in relation to information management Assist stakeholders to identify their information needs and requirements Ensure allocation of appropriate attributes for at least all strategic information assets Ensuring that strategic directions and intent are maintained Engaging with stakeholders to identify areas in which effective information management can lead to overall business improvement Specific responsibilities: Supports in maintaining the project-wide Project Data Structure database and the corresponding guidelines and ensures that it is consistently applied throughout all relevant processes and tools across the project Administrates the collaboration platform Oracle Aconex, establishes use cases and workflows, provides user support and interfaces with all stakeholders participating in the platform Establishes relevant procedure and guidelines on project collaboration Provides regular guidance to the project team on project-wide data storage and information sharing Supports in the administration of the Project Insight Board Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid! Bachelor’s degree in engineering with Management, Data Analytics, Information Technology, etc. Master’s degree is a plus 3 years’ work experience in complex railway infrastructure projects Good knowledge on all subsystems comprising a railway system e.g.: Signaling, Communication, Electrification, Rolling Stock, etc. Good knowledge of core project management and engineering processes e.g.: Document Mgmt., Requirement Mgmt., Scheduling, Interface Mgmt., Configuration Mgmt., etc. Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in all fields of data analytics, incl. database development, data visualization, data processing and scripting is mandatory.
