Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to

• Plans, designs, and builds of security architectures
• Oversees the implementation of network and computer security and ensures compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Translates application requirements and information security policies, standards, and practices to infrastructure service delivery
• Coordinates selection, implementation, enhancements, and operational support of global information security key cyber terrain infrastructure
• Monitors cybersecurity requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, firewalls, and related network devices
• Strong understanding of VPN desired
• Performs security assessments of applications and systems using penetration and vulnerability testing and risk analysis
• Configures and installs firewalls and intrusion detection systems
• Implements software fixes (patches) to remove system vulnerabilities
• Responds immediately to cybersecurity-related incidents and provides a thorough post-event analysis
• Investigates intrusion incidents and conducts forensic investigations

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Cyber Security or any other science/engineering related field

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the following areas:

• Information security
• Practical application of information security risk management
• System administration of Windows and/or Linux operating systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in:

• Derive operational insight through manipulation of data sets with Splunk search, dashboard creation, and tuning
• Information technology services, platforms, tools, and support processes
• Experience in network security and infrastructure policies, standards, and practices
• Suite of information security capabilities and their practical application to the business
