Corporate Services is looking for a motivated student to provide information systems support.

Job includes:

• Managing and supporting maintenance management system - Maximo.
• Supporting existing data collection and management platforms (Incl. SharePoint).
• Support, maintain and develop tools in a regional perspective.
• User Tier-I support: supporting corporate tools used by the department, administrating access and permissions, etc.
• Provide back-office support to department stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1st or 2nd degree Student for Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or any other relevant engineering degree with at least 4 semesters till graduation.
• Availability of at least 3 days per week.
• Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft office environment
• Some programming background and knowledge, actual programming experience (also studies experience) in SQL, Python, CSS, etc - Advantage.
• The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to function in an interrupt-driven environment must be able to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A good communication skill with all levels is required.
• Relevant experience in sustaining and developing SharePoint sites and other applications - Advantage.
• English - high proficiency.
