Corporate Services is looking for a motivated student to provide information system support.Job role includes: Managing and supporting maintenance management system Supporting existing MOSS Share point sites as well as developing new ones. Users support: giving support to global tools used by the department, training new employees, administrating access and permissions.Support, maintain and develop local applications. Represent the department needs in global corporate task forces relating information systems.The role will also provide back-office support to Intel project managers. Key outcomes will be project health tracking & reporting, Document control process oversight, Ops Cap Process management, creation of purchase orders (PO)'s, etc.

Qualifications

1st or 2nd degree Student for Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems with at least 4 semesters till graduation
• Availability of at least 2 days per week
• A (Project Management Professional) PMP certification (or studying for) is an advantage and some experience in continuous improvement activities.
• Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft office programs
• Good programming background and knowledge and actual programming experience (also studies experience)
• The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to function in an interrupt-driven environment must be able to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A good communication skill with all levels is required.
• Experience with: NET C / VB, ASP.NET, SQL, MOSS 2010 and Share Point Designer 2010, SQL Server 2008, Visual Studio- advantage
• Relevant experience in sustaining and developing of Moss sites and other applications- advantage
• English - High level
