§ 确保信息系统部文具和耗材有效可用。

Ensures the availability of any stationery or consumables required by any I.S. systems.

§ 为涉及档案维护和系统管理的运营部门员工建立并定期审查清单。

To establish and regularly review checklists for operational staff involved in file maintenance and system housekeeping.

§ 确保按照株洲凯悦酒店酒店的政策定期更改密码并且及时将离职人员电子用户移除酒店网络。

To ensure that passwords are changed regularly in accordance with Hyatt RegencyZhuzhoupolicy and to ensure that user profiles for staff leaving the employ of the Hyatt RegencyZhuzhouare removed promptly.

§ 保管所有技术手册数据。

To ensure that all technical manuals are readily available and secured when not in use.

§ 建立并维护酒店所有计算机及相关设备的准确清单。

To establish and maintain an accurate listing of all computer and related equipment.

§ 根据职位相关的文件档案图表保存并整理相关文件。

To ensure that all filing and archiving is maintained according to the filing chart relevant to the position.

§ 确保每月复审职位相关运营手册并及时修正经财务总监调整审批后的操作手册。

To ensure that the operational manual for the position is reviewed on a monthly basis and corrections / adjustments are made after approval by the Director of Finance.

Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other associates (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.

Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

Ensures productivity meets standards given in accordance with Hyatt Design Standards and Criteria and the Hyatt Hotels Corporation IS Operations Manual.

§ 确保新技术和新设备的使用,“灵活处理工作”的同时提高生产力。

Ensures new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system.

§ 为内部及外部审计人员提供技术支持。

To provide technical assistance to internal and external audit staff.

§ 协助修改年度FF&E报表,以便在酒店的资本支出审批流程框架内计划和执行信息系统部费用支出计划。

To assist to compile the annual FF & E list for the business plan and thereafter to plan and implement the IS capital expenditure program within the framework of the company capital expenditure approval process.

§ 确保契约和外包的服务及维修的成本按照预先确定的价格正确付款。

To ensure that contracted and out-sourced services and repairs are correctly billed at pre-determined rates.

§ 与凯悦区域办公室协调有关信息技术系统合同。

To co-ordinate all technology related contracts and issues with the Regional and Divisional offices.

§ 协助资讯系统部经理准备年度部门商业计划。

To assist Information Systems Manager with the preparation of the annual business plan as it relates to the IS department.

§ 确保每月信息系统相关支出在预算以内。

On a monthly basis to ensure that IS related expenditures are within the budgeted values.

Operational


§ 参与每日审查系统运作工作,并将异常情况汇报资讯系统部经理。

To be involved in daily audit work on operation and to advice the Information Systems Manager for any abnormal happenings.

§ 协助授权使用者操作酒店信息系统硬件、各种电子元件和帮助个人电脑的使用。

To assist authorized users in relation to operation of the hotel’s I.S. system hardware, various modules and supporting personal computers.

§ 确保酒店所有信息系统设备的预防性维护得以正确的执行。

To ensure that preventive maintenance required by any I.S. equipment in the hotel is carried out appropriately.

§ 协助及时维修并恢复使用出现故障的系统或设备。

To coordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment.

§ 检查现有的程序以确保信息系统数据的备份。

To check on the established procedures to ensure the backup of data in any I.S. system.

§ 当硬件或软件崩溃时,协助重建系统数据。

To assist to rebuild data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

§ 协助株洲凯悦酒店管理层指定的人员。

To assist the Hyatt Regency Zhuzhouany other managerial capacity specified by the Executive staff.

§ 根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应资讯系统方面的改变。

Responds to changes in the Information Systems function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

§ 了解关于员工及行业关系的法律、法规,理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。

Reads the hotel's Associate Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

§ 熟悉并且遵守集团、部门及区域的报告与组织构架。

To be familiar with, and to adhere to, the corporate, divisional and regional reporting and organizational structure

§ 通过自学、出席展会和阅读,保持及时了解信息技术领域软件及硬件的发展,在必要时,积极参加外部培训。

To remain abreast of new developments, software and hardware, in the IS and technology related fields through self-study, trade show attendance and reading, and where necessary to identify and motivate external training.

To regularly contribute to regional “Best Practices Forums” in order to more effectively share knowledge within the company.
