Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will lead engagement and enablement efforts, to drive internal digital adoption and deliver external business impact through exceptional customer experiences.

  • Embed performance indicators and controls into business activities in conjunction with IS Manager, Data. Communicate performance and demonstrate commercial relevance of omnichannel / digital activities

  • Improve activities being measured by crafting, monitoring and optimising relevant feedback loops and 'test & learn' activities

  • Support and enable customer experience orientated activities by understanding how back-end capabilities combine to deliver front-end outcomes - enabling business stakeholders to maximize existing capabilities, bringing their ideas to life

  • Assist IS Site Lead with developing and implementing strategy, services, and capabilities that help drive business growth through customer engagement and operational excellence

  • Co-create business value through digital engagement and enablement initiatives, in close collaboration with relevant business stakeholders

  • Bring awareness of new technologies, products and trends to business stakeholders and embed into capability and technology roadmaps as applicable

  • Direct vendors in the delivery of IS services and solutions that align with affiliate digital needs and global/regional IS capabilities roadmaps

  • Liaise with Regional / Global peers, superiors and business stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned with regional/global strategic roadmaps within Amgen’s City Planning Technology ecosystem

  • Bachelor’s degree & 4 years of Information Systems experience OR 8 years of Information Systems experience

  • 2 years of project management experience directly or indirectly managing people and/or experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) & CRM (Veeva or equivalent), Web technologies (Sitecore, HTML, CSS)

  • Proven experience in developing, optimising and managing CRM and 1:1 campaigns and journeys

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, marketing technology, marketing automation is highly desirable as is a solid understanding of LEAN / AGILE methodologies.
