Job Description

Main Duties:

Administration:

 

Keep all the documents in proper filings

Call log sheets of vendors & data backup details kept in fillings

 

Customer Service

 

Required to give IT related support for External as well as Internal guests

Financial

 

Quarterly inventory of all the Hardware’s & software’s in premises

Take preventative measures to stop any physical damage of  IT products 

Operational

 

Take back up on daily basis & maintained its record properly as per P&P

Installations of o/s & other software’s

Preventive maintenance of the entire PC’s in hotel premises

Co-ordinate with vendors to get the support

Assist IT Manager to run the department smoothly

Report IT Manager on day to day basis update with regards to  IT Department.

Protect all servers & desktops by updating & monitoring daily antivirus status

Create new users in PMS / POS & other hotel related software’s
