Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA and providing technical support to internal usersManaging Information Technology Infrastructure resources, including drafting and executing its budget, developing its organizational structure
Optimize cost of organization-wide infrastructure and application services through an appropriate mix of internal and external resources
Leads the design, specification, configuration, installation and maintenance of local area network hardware, software and telecommunication services and internet service providers
Research and make recommendations on hardware and software purchases and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
Implement an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the company's data and servers Implement processes to identify and mitigate information risks within the organization
Monitor system health/availability
Managing a Level 1 service helpdesk
Ensuring technology platform availability compliance with Service Level Agreements
Supervises, coordinates, and evaluates performance of internal resources; liaises with external training vendor and HR in enhancing team soft and hard skills; reviews individual potential and capability in order to ensure availability of competent human resources and increase divisional performance
Manages IT infrastructure internal resources & 3rd party service delivery, in area of DC Operation & Production Controller, Server & Database Administration, in order to deliver IT-related services according to defined SLO / SLA.
Coordinates corporate IT Disaster Recovery planning to ensure existence of proper recovery plan of corporate computing system.
Coordinates implementation of corporate IT Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure existence of recovery capability of corporate computing system.
Minimum Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/Other related educations
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT/DC management, finance industry background is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in BC/DR plan development and implementation
Certifications/licenses (are an advantage):
Technical certification (e.g. ITSM, Cisco, IBM, Microsoft)
Business certification (e.g. FLMI from LOMA)
Special skills:
Proven professional experience on managing and operating multi-platform servers, storage system, network system and other industry-standard IT related tools – to design and implement solution to support business requirements
Proven professional experience in designing and implementing enterprise scale Cloud computing – Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).
Deep understanding of core Help Desk and Desktop Support functions Customer service mindset and a professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships
Develops policies, procedures, and standards to enhance IT service delivery Have knowledge and skill to manage IT human resources in accordance to resource/time allocation/utilization and capable on team mentoring Understand Project Management, Service Management and Software Development Life Cycle Have knowledge on business operation of Life Insurance
Fluent to communicate in English Excellent Communication Skill
