Information Technology Manager – Corporate Office

Headquartered in Hong Kong, Wharf Hotels is the hotel management company for Niccolo and Marco Polo Hotels.  The expanding hotel group is seeking an Information Technology Manager with hospitality experience for the corporate office in Hong Kong. Assisting the Group Director Information Technology, the Associate will be responsible for providing support service for the group’s systems including but not limited to:

• Support Office Network, Firewall, Office 365 email system, Intranet, Servers, Central Systems – ORS, OCIS
• Support PC at Corporate Office
• Liaise with IT suppliers to solve systems problems
• Assist Group Director IT for preparing IT Budget for new hotels
• Roll out new systems when required

Your Skills:

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years working in the IT field
• Exceptional multi-tasking and time-keeping skills
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Willing to travel if necessary
• Previous experience in working with outsourcing vendor will be of added advantage
• Experience with Office 365 is an advantage
• Written and spoken English and Mandarin. Cantonese an advantage
