• Leads overall IT Change Management Process under IT Service Management for the Local Business Unit in conjunction with various local business departments, IT Project Management, and IT Production Support teams and aims to ensure zero negative impact of IT changes to production systems which appropriately support the seamless provision of quality IT product and services particular to the overall delivery of local IT Business Unit commitments.

  • Leads overall IT Change Management Process under IT Service Management for the Local Business Unit in conjunction with various local business departments,  IT Project Management, and IT Production Support teams and aims to ensure zero negative impact of IT changes to production systems which appropriately support the seamless provision of quality IT product and services particular to the overall delivery of local IT Business Unit commitments.

  • Creates a single point of visibility and control on IT changes for deployment to production via governance of the Change Management Board (CAB)

  • Establishes change management process and controls to protect production from change-related outages

  • Ensures IT change management process compliance to overall AIA IT, Risk Compliance & Internal Audit Standards

  • Provides accurate and timely IT Changes to production & governance status reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis on both local and group changes to local stakeholders for management visibility and decision-making

  • Manages risks and resolves challenges on IT change scope, quality, and schedules

  • Plans change windows and cycles across portfolios and components

  • Manages change impact relationships on interrelated processes and various business and IT teams

  • Communicates timely and ensures appropriate approvals are secured for all changes impacting IT Production

  • Highlights risks due to changes and appropriately flags negative impact to production to business stakeholder via documented risk acceptance of business approvers

  • Reviews and approves change requests on behalf of the CAB in the IT Systems while ensuring all documented approvals from stakeholders are properly stored in the Change Management Database

  • Establishes and maintains Change Management Database that serves as repository for all change approvals, process documentation, and process improvements for proper change management governance that align to the AIA Group IT Standards

  • Interfaces and leads process discussions on all IT Service Management Change Management-related activities in compliance to the AIA Risk & Compliance Teams and Internal Auditor reviews

  • Provides regular training and process cascade to IT Change Management Process key stakeholders

  • Ensures continual process improvement aligned to business needs and industry trends and recommends to senior management strategic initiatives to further enhance the IT change management process regularly
