• University graduate from IT discipline with minimum 2 years working experiences in IT field.
• Good understanding of server administration and maintenance
• Good IT technical skills is essential
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Experience in Networking
• Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including OS, hardware & software
• Good interpersonal skills, well organized, self-initiative, reliable
• Occasional weekend standby support is required
• Knowledge on switch, router, firewall, servers, VOIP, wordpress, photoshop & AI
• Solid communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
