Responsibilities
- Updating vehicles/ test benches with newest infotainment/Navigation/lBS software; - Prepare test resources (reserve test cars/test benches and make sure the telematics system is ready for testing with correct HW and SW versions); - Establish and execute functional tests; - Create problem tickets and follow up; - Reporting of major/ blocking issues; - Quality check of test cases; - Update China specific functional owner test cases; - Attend test drives; - Daily short stand up meetings; - Weekly alignment with German counterpart.

General tasks and deliverables

• ？ Detailed knowledge of supported function

• ？ Running Test Sets and updating test results in ALM

• ？ Fulfil test sets until given deadline and create tickets in accordance with FO.

• ？ Supporting joined test sessions w/ local and central Functional Owner

• ？ Keeping testing tools (e.g. Tool32, E-Sys, DLT Viewer) updated

• ？ Informing local Function Owner regarding blocking points, major SW issues

• ？ Retesting ALM tickets

• ？ Support updating test cases if unclear and/or adapt for Chinese market

• ？ Double check Backend Status before testing

• ？ Set test environment back to default after testing (e.g. provisioning, SW, …)

Requirements

• Min. bachelor degree in an engineering field, IT or telecommunication;

• 3+ years of experience primarily in the automotive Infotainment/Navigation/lBS related sector;

• Fluent in English.
