Your challenges:
- Provide professional and efficient IT technical support for Decathlon users in Asia
- Help your team establish a good relationship and mutual trust with business users in Decathlon
- Come up innovation ideas to expedite business boost
- Become a leader with personal example and action-oriented
Your responsibilities:
- Build up all areas system performance monitoring and optimization solution to ensure infrastructure services reliability and availability
- Work as 3rd level support on infrastructure incident, change and problem management
- Build local autonomy to have quicker response time and optimize the FTS support flow with French team
- SLA report and action plan to improve support performance
- Create technical handbook / guide / manual for level 1 & level 2 supports and provide training
- Pre study, manage and deploy IT projects related to business request
- Build synergy with International team to exchange projects and support
If you are qualified with below requirements:
- 2-5 years or more IT work experience, MCSE and CCNA preferred
- Familiar with Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Window 10
- Basic knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Proxy,Active Directory
- knowledge and practice of imaging and tools such as MDT or LANDesk
- Basic LAN network knowledge
- Linux is a plus
- Knowledge and practice of mobile device management and tools
- Knowledge of backup and recovery solution
- Experienced scripting skills in VBS, batch, powershell
- Good English communication skills. Speaking French is a plus.
