The Infrastructure Application Developer Intern will assist with Development, testing, and support of applications for IoT, IOS Mobile, and interfaces as well as working with tablets, scanners, Raspberry Pi and other interface and end devices.
The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
- Agile Working Model – Create stories and tasks defining scope of work and documenting steps to completion with retrospectives. (Tools: Jira/Confluence).
- Developing software/hardware-based solutions based on customer engagements.
- Test automation – Participation in full development lifecycle.
- Mobile IOS Enhancements and testing – MIM Application.
- IoT – iAttend Application Rollout.
- IoT – Tablet setup and deployment for IT Direct.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology - Javascript, HTML, CSS, SQL, RESTful web services, and general command line knowledge.
- Test Automation experience (Selenium is a plus).
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- THE WORK TERM DATES ARE (January 3rd until May 6th).
