Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer 
Location: Aprox 80% homebased / 20% visiting our global offices 

About the Role: 
Key to the Global Technology Team is an understanding of the importance of building and maintaining relationships with all RWS offices globally. The Infrastructure Engineer’s role will be a mix of providing high quality on-site support services and project support to the Senior Infrastructure Team. 

Whilst on-site, you will be responsible for server installations, migrations, configurations and upgrades as well as assisting in planning of projects using technical knowledge to ensure projects run smoothly.

Key responsibilities:
* Replace and decommission hardware across various locations (globally) 
* Server installation & migrations
* Infrastructure project support 
* Assist with project planning and implementation
* Hyper V and VMware host maintenance
* Server Monitoring
* Automated Server Patching
* Provide point of escalation for software issues 

Experience required:
* Commissioning and decommissioning of technical hardware
* Active Directory (AD) and Office 365
* Group Policy 
* Hyper V
* VMware ESX
* VMware Vcenter
* System Centre SCCM
* Citrix
* 1st / 2nd Line Service desk exposure 
* Windows Server 2012-2019 
* Networking (FC, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP) Patch panels
