1. Provide day to day support, projects support, and all the tasks related to IT infrastructure to market IT in Asia.

2. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents reported by Market IT. Assist market IT with any logged IT related incident when called upon.

3.Build, install and upgrade PCs, Servers, IP Telephones, network switches, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) in accordance with Carlsberg standards.

4. Perform information technology (IT) system administration tasks, monitor and maintain IT system performance for PCs, Servers, Printers and network equipment in the business network including the computer room hosting the equipment.

5.Troubleshoot PC, server, printer and network incidents and provide analysis and follow-up support. Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams for resolutions.

6. Record, update and document requests using ServiceNow(ticketing system).

7. Responsible for infrastructure application servers’ administration, including AD, office365, Server, SharePoint, DHCP, DNS and Virtualization Hyper-V.

Job requirements.

1.5+ years of IT infrastructure hardware and software maintenance, configuration, testing, and procedure documentation experience including 2+ years of desktop support

2. 3+ years of working experience in a multinational manufacturing company

3. Experience with EUC or workplace tire3 support.

4. Experience managing Microsoft Windows server and PC operating systems in an enterprise environment.

5.Experience using, deploying and supporting Microsoft Office products (office365, SCCM, SCOM.)

7. Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese
