Requirements:
•        Degree holder or above with major in Computer Science, Information System, or IT related fields
•        3 years or above working experience in network, system administration
•        Experience in information security appliance, network and infrastructure systems (e.g. Firewall, Routers, VPN, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, & Windows Servers)
•        Experience on system security hardening and vulnerability assessment is preferred
•        Good problem solving skill, good analytic skill and self-motivated
•        Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin
•        Candidates with less experience will be considered with junior post.  There will be opportunities to change to permanent position.
 
Responsibilities:
•        Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including but not limited to security appliance, firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi, SAN storage, backup solution, patch management, Exchange Server, Web Content Filtering and virtual desktop infrastructure
•        Participate in project implementation and product evaluation
•        Review security logs and implement fixes
•        Provide system documentation, user guide and participate in product evaluation
•        Provide user system support
