Responsibility

• Align goals and expectations with project scope and priority
• Prepare work plan and manage time tracked against the plan; check that work is being completed on schedule, within budget, and with the appropriate level of resource utilization
• Identify risks and risk mitigation
• Track progress of issue resolution
• Review, validate, and assign scope changes for analysis
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage reviews, deliverable confirmation and acceptance, and transition checkpoints
• Track requirements phase as per agreed program milestones
• Collect and review project performance status
• Create Project Status Report
• Review and track time logged against tasks and work products in the work plan
• Create and deliver project status to Senior Level Management
• Manage hardware projects, such as networking, storage, security, cabling system etc
• Coordinate with our partners and ensure deployment and completion of projects in a timely manner by these partners
• Communicate both internal and external focus on final project target and SOWs

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors or College Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment
• At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology Project Deployment
• Good understanding of project deployments approach
• Able to work onsite

Nice to have

• Certification in technical such as Cisco, H3C, Vmware and related as preferred
• Certification in project management as preferred
