Localisation : Montrottier, 45 minutes de Lyon, France Job Summary: L'Ingénieur Methodes Automaticien Industriel aura la charge de l'amélioration des systèmes automatisés présents sur le site, en terme de défauts, rebuts production, et capacitaire de production Il sera éventuellement amené au besoin à réaliser des modifications et ameliorations liées aux équipements de production basés sur la robotique et l'automatisme. Le développement et la mise en place de solution améliorant la productivité du site est egalement dans son scope. Cela selon les exigences de sécurité et de qualité de EATON Job Responsibilities: Participer activement aux actions d'amélioration continue: VSM, Kaizen, RIE Supporter la maintenance pour assurer la disponibilité des moyens de connection et diagnostique automatisme (licences, câbles, PC, logiciels...) Etudier les besoins en formation d'automatismes, élaborer des recommandations et assurer des formations en interne Rédiger des modes opératoirs et procédures sur l'utilisation générale des outils de diagnostic automatismes pour les équipes de Production/Methodes Process/Maintenance Etre force de proposition dans un esprit d'amélioration continue (amelioration des activités maintenance, process, autre) Appliquer toutes les règles de sécurité lors de ses interventions selon le MESH EATON; ( EPI, LOTO, ...) Qualifications Qualifications: Vous possédez idéallement un Bac +3 ou Bac+5 en électronique ou électrotechnique Vous possédez 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire Vous avez des connaissances techniques en robotique, automatisme, méthodes et maintenance Vous êtes familier avec les technologies suivantes : SIEMENS PLC, KUKA/STAUBLI Robot, STEP7, Proface, facilité d'adaptations sur nouvelles technologies (Robot Janome, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Europlacer, Nordson, Vision Keyence…) Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
