Vous reporterez au Responsable Qualité et serez rattaché fonctionnellement au Responsable Supply Chain. Vous aurez pour missions d'améliorer la performance qualité et le taux de service des fournisseurs en adéquation avec les objectifs de la stratégie achats du site. Nous recherchons un professionnel au bénéfice d’une solide expérience dans le domaine de la qualité en contexte industriel. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES: • Développer l'Amélioration Continue des Fournisseurs : - plans d'actions correctifs et préventifs, 8D - accompagner le déploiement de nos exigences vers la supply chain - analyser les risques fournisseurs • Assurer la surveillance qualité des fournisseurs : - Certifications, audits, revues de performance - Qualifier les nouvelles sources d'approvisionnement et les changements de procédés de fabrication des fournisseurs - Elaborer et communiquer un reporting de performance qualité fournisseur en interne et vis-à-vis des fournisseurs - Créer et animer des groupes de travail pour résoudre des problèmes qualités faisant intervenir nos fournisseurs Qualifications - Diplôme d’Ingénieur avec 5 ans minimum d’expérience dans un poste équivalent au sein d’une usine, idéalement dans l’aéronautique, ou d’autres industries réglementées - Connaissances générales en mécanique - Bon niveau d’anglais indispensable - Bonne pratique des méthodes qualité : QRQC, 5M, AMDEC, Hishikawa, SPC, Kaizen, 6 sigma, norme EN9100, 8D - Déplacements réguliers en France Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
