MISSION GENERALE L'Ingénieur h/f Qualité Client a le rôle de responsable qualité durant toute la vie série des produits. Il est l’interlocuteur privilégié du client qualité pendant toute la vie des projets. A ce titre, il dispose de la délégation qualité pour bloquer les livraisons / productions non conformes. PRINCIPALES ACTIVITES Assure le respect de l’APQP avec les clients Prépare et participe aux réunions projet. Prépare les Gates review Pilote la réalisation des AMDEC produit et process avec les interlocuteurs études et process. Assure la conformité des plans de qualification produit et process (DVP, PVP et DVPR, PVPR) Réalise le plan de surveillance et vérifie la cohérence des documents de fabrication Participe à la fabrication des différentes phases prototypes durant le processus Réalise et valide l’audit de pré-production / FAI Responsable de la satisfaction client (traitement des réclamations et des incidents internes) Assure la satisfaction de client en vie série Auditeur interne #LI-JN1 Qualifications COMPETENCES REQUISES Savoir : Outils de la qualité (8D, AMDEC produit et process, R&R%, analyse de capabilité), de l’amélioration continue et leur utilisation Connaissance IPC A 610 Maitrise des systèmes « APQP » des clients Savoir-faire : Maitrise des process d’assemblage de cartes électroniques Savoir-être : Bonne communication avec les clients et en interne. Résistance à la pression.
