Job Description
Eaton’s Hussmann division is currently seeking an Quality Engineer to join our team. This position is based at our Juarez facility. The Quality Engineer is responsible for the implementation, control, and coordination of activities related with facilitate control key characteristics of product; process and material include specific customer requirements. In this role, you will: Monitor and control the assembly processes. Evaluation of statistical data. Initiate and follow-up corrective actions Lead Analysis of customer complains Prepare and carry out presentations to the customer Evaluate the quality of the product in customers’ locations Coordinate the sorting and containment of the faulty or suspicious finished product Communicate potential problems to the support teams Establish the acceptance criteria for cosmetic matters Participate in validation of the equipment, MSA studies Participation in the production of quality system documents Support the assembly processes in the points related to quality Feedback to the internal and external customer Supervise and evaluate activities of auditors. Follow-up corrective actions Assure follow-up to the quality procedures Evaluation and approval of engineering and PCR changed. Elaboration of quality metrics for managerial review Receive and notify of the results of the laboratory tests Comply with the procedures and instructions of the quality and environment standards (those applicable). Provide support and training to the personnel under his charge, as required All those activities that are generated due to changes, necessity and/or improvement in the process of the area Complain Company’s Quality System requirements. Quality Tools Knowledge and experience (Applied statics, control plans, QRQC, Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) Quality Systems Knowledge and experience : QS standards, Quality and Environmental Systems, Quality and environmental procedures and/or instructions of the area, Quality Criteria, Structuring and production of procedures MS Office handling Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
