Eaton’s Vehicle Group is seeking Manufacturing Tooling Engineer for the new Eaton Engine Valve AGS Parque Finsa, Mexico location. Position Overview: El Manufacturing Tooling Engineer en Eaton’s Aguascalientes EV será responsable en el desarrollo, diseño y control de las herramientas las áreas de forja, maquinado y rectificado . Essential Responsibilities: Desarrolla, Diseña y Controla los herramentales para el área de forja, maquinados y rectificado. Es autodirigido y trabaja en base a un plan de prioridades y responsabilidades Propone mejoras en el diseño de herramentales y equipos para facilitar instalación, mejorar su durabilidad o mantenimiento. Recomienda mejoras al equipo existente de producción para mejorar calidad, confiabilidad y productividad, optimización de procesos. Apoya a manufactura a optimizar los procesos de acuerdo a la normatividad de Eaton y requerimientos del cliente conforme a la norma TS16949. Actualiza los Blue Prints de herramentales. Participa en proyectos de mejora con equipos multidisciplinarios. Administración de tiempo Optimización de procesos Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Título en licenciatura en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Robótica ó Industrial.) Diseño Mecánico, Cálculo, Modelado Paramétrico, y Acotación Funcional Conocimientos en dibujo de detalle, GD&T, ASME Y14.5 2009 Conocimientos de Materiales y Tratamientos Térmicos. Habilidades para seguimiento y solución a problemas. Conocimientos CAD y CAE (Solid Works, Creo (ProE) , Autocad) We make what matters work.
