Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: It is responsible for providing advice and technical information, prices, delivery times and stocks to clients, mainly assigned distributors, and being able to advise end-user clients such as contractors, EPCs (Engineering Procurement and Construction), private industry, carry out tenders via telephone, face-to-face to meet the company's monthly, semi-annual and annual sales budget. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Provide technical advice and follow-up to the requirements of distributors and end customers. - Generate through their sales work a close working relationship with their distributors, assigned end customers and looking for Projects green field. - Provide technical advice to distributors and end customers to achieve the specification of the brand in order to offer an optimal level of service. - Carry out the administrative work derived from the sales processes such as quotes, visits, mailings, training, bids, samples and exhibitions. - Management of technical information based on electrical standards and norms. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations for our customers and distributors when necessary. - Timely comply with the policies and procedures established in the SASCCA (Safety, Quality and Environmental Control Management System) and EBS (Eaton Business System), to conduct ethical and honest business with our distributors and end customers that ensure a relationship permanent. - Carry out contract reviews of purchase orders of their quotes and support for their registration. - Prepare quotes, receive, record and codify orders from both distributors and end customers. - Interpret electrical plans for consulting and quoting special customer products. - Control prices by distributor and industry - Prospect new business opportunities associated with assigned distributors - Responsible for managing the information of possibilities or business opportunities in the CRM360 system. - Maintainna professional presence, systematically and planned with distributors and end customers. - Report to management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis the results of visits, sales, prospects, important projects and budget progress percentages, so that the pertinent actions can be taken jointly to meet the established objectives. #LI-SL4 Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: -2 years minimum of experience in outside sales registration and control, management of technical catalogs, telephone sales, quotes and price management, such as administrative work for sales of industrial products. -Knowledge in the electrical parts for Automotive, Data Centers, Chemical, Industrial Warehouses, OEM and O&G Industry. - The most important challenge of this position is technical advice to our direct and indirect clients and distributors on the characteristics of the products that ECH sells - Achieve the specification of the CC-H mark. in new projects, construction companies, maintenance and repair services to all clients of government institutions and distributors, through technical support and advice on the characteristics, application, use, quality, guarantee and customer service. - Responds to distributors, technically and commercially, of the entire product offering. - Maintains updated control of the CRM 360 database of your assigned accounts, firms or clients. - Make quotes and provide technical information to all assigned customers and delivery times. - Travel with the end customer or established distributor in Bajío area mainly and eventually at CDMX to provide technical and commercial advice for each of their projects.
