Job Description
Purpose of job:
  • Customer relationship maintain with GS customers in EAST Region
  • New Leads generation

Responsibilities:
The position holder is responsible for growth of revenue by proactive sales of the whole product portfolio by phone to small, transactional and opportunistic customers in the defined territory and develops strong customer relationship. To ensure that these defined customers continue to receive product information, high service levels both in technical and in commercial matters and other support necessary.

The position holder help field sales hit sales target, in the meaning time, building strong relationship with the customers 1. Respond on the requests from customers quickly
2. Co-Work with multi departments as a coordinator and solve customers’ problems actively
3. Find new leads and cross sell opportunities via Phone, social media. Set up initial customer interaction. Record all communications and interactions with customers in Customer Relationship Management system.
4. Support field sales on documents preparation, such as project biding, import document applying and etc.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Chemical/ Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Technology, or related field. Master or higher degree is preferential

2. 2-3 years’ experience in the above mentioned products sales or related fields. Fresh graduate is also acceptable.

3. Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibility, work independently

4. Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, hard working

5. Fluent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
