Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Injection Molding Set-Up Technician to join our 12 hour day shift team. This position is based at our La Grange, NC facility and starts at $18.00/hr Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world. You will perform all required duties to operate, assemble, set up and maintain equipment. In this function you will: You will set-up various types of machines. You will assemble molds and components as specified in shop orders, routers and blueprints. You will make adjustments as necessary to maintain production of quality parts. You will break down, clean and store used molds and components. Remove carbon, rust or excess rubber from molds, bushings and blocks. Perform similar or associated duties as required or directed. You will maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. You will follow prescribed or standard safety regulations. You will refer all unusual conditions or defective equipment to supervisor. You will use various tools, and equipment and measuring devices in performance of duties. You will perform molding duties as required to maintain flow of work through the department. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: High school Diploma or GED from an accredited institution Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship No relocation is provided. Only candidates within 50 miles of La Grange, NC will be considered for this position This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
