Objective of the Position / 岗位目标

The Injection Process Group Head is a recognized technical expert within Saint-Gobain Sekurit organization for encapsulation technology. Leading a team of technicians, he/she is responsible for the successul trials & transfer to production of new automotive encapsulated glass products. In addition, he/she provides regular technical support to Asian plants to increase their overall industrial performance, in coordination with central teams located in Europe.

Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责：

• Lead a team of technicians to perform the injection trials in Saint-Gobain Research Shanghai, at mold suppliers, and in Asian plants. Prepare for the successful and smooth transfer to mass production. Act as the main interface to Sekurit project leader for projects in ramp-up / SOP phase. (50%)

• Provide technical support to encapsulation plants in Asia and propose new technologies to increase their overall industrial performance (OEE, yield, costs), in close cooperation with central teams located in Europe (25%)

• Continuously improve the team's capability & efficiency through benchmarking, automotive standards, best practices, and lessons learnt. (10%)

• Follow Saint-Gobain rules in terms of principles of conduct & action, compliance, EHS & 5S tasks. Be responsible for injection press workshop organization, safety & 5S management, maintenance (15%)

任职条件 / Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor Degree and above, major in technical fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, Material Science, Physics, etc

• Minimum 8 Years relevant experiences in product development for automotive industry, background in injection molding or foaming process is preferred

• Proven performance track record，mentally tough and ability to work under pressure /stress

• Good communication and leadership skills and has potential to become the group leader/manager.

• Effective communicator in both Chinese and in English, both written and verbal
