Requirements:
1.Age from 23-50, healthy.
2.Foreigners who are from English speaking countries and willing to teach kids English
3.Should have good team spirit and respect for colleagues
4.Experienced candidates are priority hires and may get better pay.
5.Creative candidates will have better chance of promotion.
6.Candidates who have experience in management will have the opportunity to be a manager in headquarters.

Pay:
1.Basic Salary
A. According to individual’s qualifications, experiences and certificates, average RMB 12000 or 13000 can be the basic salary.
B. Comfortable apartment will be provided, or RMB 1000 for housing allowance if not providing the apartment.
C. Salary will be increased by RMB 1000 after working one year inAIDI.
2. Commission: We are thankful for every person who works inAIDI and bring sales profits to the company. Therefore, you will receive a good commission from the company if you recruit new students or get your students to renew their courses for the next semester.
3.Bonus
You will receive RMB1000-1500 if your students get to next level classes successfully.
4.Others
A.Our professional training will help you become a professional English teacher. And help them to learn Chinese culture and improve their way of life in China.
B.Company has the staffs’ activities, like parties, trips and competitions.
C.If you plan of staying in China for a long term, you will have a chance to receive the bonus fromAIDI after working 3 years in the company, and also you will have a chance to receive a share in the company if you work in the company as a leader.
