工作说明与待遇Job Description and Requirement:
1.月均口语学时 72 学时;课程三种: (1) 大一大二国际学院 2+2项目生雅思口语、写作、文化。(2) 英语专业本科生口语、视听(3) 硕士博士研究生非英语专业口语、写作.写文让(i 节写作-1.5 节口语，1节听力-1.25 口语)
Average 72 hours speaking classes/month. Classes Type: 1. IELTSSpeaking & Writing for 212 program freshmen and sophomore. 2Speaking, Listening, Writing, Culture, Literature for English major bachelor student. 3. Speaking, Writing for non-English Major Master and PhD students.

3.60 岁以下，持英语母语国家护照，本科以上，符合外专局要R Under 60 years old. English speaking country passport holder bachelor degree or above, satisfying other requirements of ForeignExpert Bureau.

4.合同期 1 学年起。
Contract period: at least 1 academic year (e.g., starts at September 1to next July 31)

5.待遇:本硕博分别 8/9/10k 底薪，全年 10 个月工资:每年假期补助 5k:教育背景契合+1k:工作经验 2 年以上+2k;校内专家公寓套房(或覆盖合同期租房补贴 2k/月 ) :每年 1w机票补助。Salary:BA Degree holder: 8000RMB/month ORMaster Degree holder: 9000RMB/month ORPhD holder 10000RM/month
