In this role, you have the opportunity to
support teams and program management of the different business innovation teams in financial project plans, overall budgets and resource allocation planning to ensure timely delivering of new value propositions and successful completion of projects. You guide in ensuring compliance with and continuous improvement of relevant internal policies, procedures, and standards. You keep abreast of developments in project management tools and processes.
You are responsible for
Ensure Financial compliancy and adherence to the Financial directives and rules on the site
Prepare Forecasts / support on annual operating plans AOP / support in SPOR cycles
Drive Month End Closure (MEC)
Support in resource management carousel meetings
Local subject matter expert in specific tool usage (e.g. QlikView, Clarity, Ariba, SAP, EFR Cube, Excel pivot tables and macros)
Support teams with interpretation of the Accounting rules into business activities
Connect teams and the processes in order to have standard WoW for the innovation site as well as sync the approached / processes with Drachten innovation site
Drive cost efficiencies across the site and in Innovation Teams
Directly support the I&D function in the Finance discussions of Beauty
Drive business case usage so we have good underpinning for decision making. Increasing Revenue, lower R&D uplift
Drive planning accuracy by measuring site resource KPIs (availabiliy, demand, actuals).
Coach the lean principles to the teams and team leaders, live by example
Contribute and/or lead specific projects according to the yearly site improvement plan
Deploy process improvement and make the project organization efficient and transparent, in line with departmental and project processes
Contribute to an engaged, innovative, and inspiring working environment in the department and on the site

Innovation Site Eindhoven is looking at a very challenging growth task to bring more new ideas, and increasingly digital innovations and services, to the global market.
This role is part of the central ISE I2M Excellence Team to support all project teams across the different businesses that are active at the site.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s engineering degree with +3 years of experience
Preferably business experience in medical & consumer sector for F&A planning, tools usage (QlikView, SAP, Clarity) and resource planning
Good analyticalskills and the ability to translate these into practical decisions
Excellent communication skills in English
