About ACDS

ACDS is a decentralized R&D organization in Asia, and one of the mandates we have is to support our regional and local business partners (A1/A2 and its MO’s) to accelerate their F&P business. We are a full business unit setup covering product development, supply projects, product marketing teams etc to support sustainable growing business in Asia.

• Conduct research on and address real potential for the last application in terms of business size and opportunity
• Strategic internship platform for future talent acquisition
  

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

• Being MBA with relevant experience in R&D environment

• Professional background in product or product development function

• Excellent analytic skills and strong business acumen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

• Strong ownership and self-driven spirit

• Work at least 3 days/week for 4 months

Responsibilities

1. Do market research mainly focus on business opportunity for key commercial region in Mainland China, Hongkong, India and Australia

2. Cooperate with development team or product manager for Cast-in products as main concentration in regional scopE

3. Make analysis for our products targeting elevator business and customer application to address potential in business size and opportunity
