The Innovation Program Manager will build and drive a culture of innovation and improvement across the FCE Organization, to achieve improvements in people, process, technology, and data. We are looking for the right person to bring new ideas and industry best practice to FCE. Someone able to identify gaps, opportunities for improvement and efficiency and develop suitable solutions for streamlining and support the delivery of significant value across the business.

The Innovation Program Manager will set the pace for the innovation and continuous improvement lifecycle, bringing best practice in identifying, valuing, prioritizing and implementing change, and supporting the business in achieving measurable value through a culture of innovation.

As the Innovation Program Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Identify needed change and rapidly embed in the organization
  • Create the approach, framework, and infrastructure for managing the innovation Lifecycle (leveraging both Intel's processes and industry best practice).
  • Establish a clear Roadmap of Innovation and improvements.
  • Engage broadly across FCE, both at the project and support levels, to harvest knowledge from the business to identify areas of excellence, ensuring innovative solutions can scale efficiently to the broader FCE portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Intel global innovation and continuous improvement (CI) programs, learn and implement the success into FCE.
  • Build collaborative relationships with the construction tech community, participate in industry events and bring best practices and knowledge back to FCE
  • Define KPIs and infrastructure to measure and reporting value achieved.
  • Establish post implementation reviews and formal Lessons Learned processes to ensure successful delivery of value and that lessons are passed forward to future investments and embedded into the way we work.
  • As an Innovation Coach support the business in identifying, implementing, and embedding improvements, and ensure their needs are meet.
  • Working closely with Intel Public Affairs and Capital team and develop the FCE incubator and increase global influence beyond Intel
  • Develop the culture of innovation across all of FCE

Qualifications

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

The candidate must have at least one of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or other discipline and 9 years' experience in Business Operations, Engineering, Program management or other related business improvement role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management qualification (PMP or equivalent)
  • An MBA or business-related senior education.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
