We are the coolest team in Intel's Israel Design Center - the INNOVATION TEAM
We are looking for a fresh-minded, talented people-person to join us as a success manager and maker community owner
What do we do? We help different groups and departments in Intel develop initiatives within their organization.
We work closely with each innovation team and help them establish tailored innovation programs and activities that reveal the brightest inventors and entrepreneurs among us and help them grow.

What will you do?
1. Work with innovation leaders from different Intel groups and help them implement innovation processes
2. Manage our knowledge center, as well as operate different process management and analysis tools like BI, task tracking etc.
3. The job also includes technical stuff like generating reports to the groups we support, tracking and managing budgets, as well as work with suppliers etc.
4. Attend innovation development workshops on a weekly basis, to learn, document and at some point, facilitate
5. Facilitate the innovative makers community which include owning the maker space and maintain communication with the community. (No tech skills required)
6. This role aims to support core innovation teams on a daily basis and attend their weekly meetings - get to know them, understand what they need and know when to involve innovation experts to support
 

Qualifications

- Registered student for Master degree in MBA, Human Resource, Organizational Behavior, Economics or similar with at least 2 years till graduation.

- Be really, really good with people. Both reading them as well as engaging them
- Fast and self-learning abilities - you will do most of the learning on your own - hands-on
- Be very self-managed. You will be expected to lead or be responsible of some activities, so there's no room for micro-management
- Good analytical skills
- Very high level of English
- Basic tech familiarity
- At least four full days a week.
