About the role : As an ISR Inside Sales Representative for LCSC ( Lenovo Channel Sales center), you will be responsible for managing and expanding the Partners relationship in France This is a reseller facing sales role requiring ability to identify, cultivate, and close new business, and expertise working large deals in SMB/EPS/MM and Global for partners. Your responsibilities : • Establish trusted relationship with the resellers, become leader with partner and focal point for any PCG topic, lead conversation with key decision makers • Understand resellers requirements and develop relevant solutions • Implement and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals, in conjunction with the LCSC account Plan • Coordinate a functional cross-sales team within the company • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial partners engagement to closed sales • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value and outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis • Provide forecasts and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods • Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers #### Position Requirements: Position Requirements: • Successful customer facing and calling sales experience • Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to Authorized and Silver companies • Demonstrated track record of performance with SMB accounts • Good understanding of the core technologies, industry trends, and workloads shaping the PCG market including SMB. • Travel to any Partners sites when appropriate • Good English language • High level capacity for teamwork • Entrepreneurial mindset that is imaginative, smart, passionate • Desire and ability to provide an outstanding customer and resellers experience and go the extra mile in things you do Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
