A part of Lenovo’s growth strategy is to focus on the growing number of Channel Partners in Switzerland. Using your passion for IT solutions and the training we provide you will be a significant part of this strategy. Working as Inside Sales Representative you will have daily communication with our Gold & Platinum Business partners in Switzerland  to leverage in the team with the face to face rep the growth opportunities with Lenovo and the Swiss market. These are your detailed responsibilities: • You are the point of contact for your assigned accounts- you build relationships of trust by providing proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via telephone and email • You manage with your territory sales rep growth plans with your business partners and set & follow up milestones on how to achieve them. • You cooperate closely with resellers and distributors to fulfil business deals and to deliver profitable revenue growth across your account base • You educate & train your assigned business partners on the tools, processes and to optimize the interaction with Lenovo to the benefit of all stakeholders of the business. • You provide weekly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning vs target. • You manage end to end the business partner on all levels and be the focal point on all topics, together with your face to face account representative for a limited amount of business partners.
