Using your passion for IT solutions and the training we provide you will be a significant part of this strategy. Working as an Inside Sales Representative you will have daily communication with C-level executives from large companies, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career. In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting the Partner Account Manager, working with one of our largest Corporate Resellers. You’ll be targeted quarterly to achieve revenue goals and metrics, and you’ll deliver success through working collaboratively with both Lenovo employees in different departments and the departments within the Partner. These are your detailed responsibilities: • Proactive management and upkeep of the pipeline • Driving growth in the SMB/MM space with the use of Topseller Products • Support the Partner Account Manager to build the joint business plan for the year and actioning requests when necessary • With the Partner Account Manager collate the BMS file and participate in the weekly review call • Use analytics to initiate and champion change ensuring focus on all areas of the sale and address identified gaps • Ensure sales representatives are contacted regularly and relationships are built • Making sure all sales representatives understand the Lenovo portfolio and are aware of the promotions and offers for the quarter • Actively support and train the sales teams on the Lenovo systems and processes • Alignment across all teams within Lenovo to ensure queries and issues are dealt with quickly • Dealing with adhoc requests, such as Services queries, order information etc Organization You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings. #### Position Requirements: • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar customer focused position within the IT industry • Working with partners or in a reseller/distributor organization is an advantage • Professional Fluency in English • Articulate, cooperative and able to build trustworthy beneficial partner relationships to achieve mutual business growth • Working with partners or in a reseller/distributor organization is an advantage What We Will Offer You: • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity • Attractive compensation package We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
