Role: Eaton is a power management company actively engaged in growing our market share within our business. As we embrace virtual selling, we are re-evaluating the sales and buying journey. As part of this journey we are recruiting an IT Channel inside sales executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering growth through new and existing resellers. FUNCTIONS: Network within and manage your target of existing and new account (distributors and resellers ) customers Drive sales growth through your named accounts to exceed quarterly targets and grow market share Plan and execute your account based sales plan focusing on key activities to drive collaboration and partnership within your account base Provide weekly forecasts to sales and marketing on volume of demand you will add to the pipeline Proactively recruit new resellers and manage the onboarding, training and development of these accounts Gain commitment and close assigned deals; follow up on the pre-ordering administration (e.g. account set-up process) Outbound prospecting, developing new contacts within accounts using digital channels Developing our lead management process Understand share within your accounts, define displacement actions and activities with agreed targets Be motivated by continuous improvement and strive to constantly exceed customer expectations Data driven – be able to understand data, draw conclusions and make recommendations on how we should adapt based on what we are seeing Qualifications Required: A Bachelor's in a relevant field would be advantageous Inside sales experience would be advantageous Existing product knowledge would be advantageous Passionate Digital Mindset Collaborative customer-oriented thinking Result and solution-oriented actions What Eaton offers: Great promotional opportunities – We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible Culture & Values – We are more than the products we invent and produce – the way we do business is just as important.
