Job Description
Key Responsibilities
The primary role functions of the Inside sales/Marketing specialist include:
- Contributing to the growth of online sales (BtoC market) in Japan.
- Planning and executing online/offline local marketing activities with a field marketing manager in Japan closely to create sales opportunities and brand awareness. Local marketing activities include: advertisements, SNS, events, blogs and webinars etc.
- Working closely with HQ marketing team to execute global campaigns by reviewing marketing contents (mailers, website, and brochures) in Japanese
- Responding quickly and smoothly to customer’s inquiries by digital communications (phone, email, and chat). Passing prospects to sales team when the prospects are qualified as BtoB market.
- Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Utilizing MA/CRM/CMS tools such as Marketo and Salesforce etc. to manage local campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
- 18 months+ of experience in a customer facing environment such as sales, marketing and customer service (experience with a technology company is preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
- A passion to learn our products “Trados”, and business structure in online market.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Japanese and English.
- Comfortable talking to customers on phone calls
- Team-work oriented and a positive, self-starter and generate own tasks.
- Experience in digital marketing is plus.
