As an Inside Sale Executive's primary objective of increasing sales revenue via outbound calls. You will implement processes and systems, and coach inside sales representatives to optimize efficiency and team performance. Candidate should be energetic, creative, enthusiastic and persistent. Responsibilities Establish and motivate a high performing inside sales team Train and coach inside sales representatives, ensuring personal development and goal achievement Develop and establish processes, including CRM utilization, to support high call volume Partner with Advanta leaders to develop effective call scripts and align on industries and specific companies to target Conduct daily outbound calls to introduce Siemens Advanta’s services and value proposition with the objective of securing meetings for Advanta leaders Conduct research on assigned target accounts to gather intelligence and prepare for effective conversations Establish and track inside sales performance metrics Required Skills 2+years of sales management experience Strong proficiency specific to persistence in cold calling new account targets Proven ability to open doors and quickly build trust at the executive level at target clients Creative thinking to apply new ideas spontaneously to overcome objections and barriers Ability to research and quickly translate information into action Works well on a team, and has gravitas and executive communications skills Self-motivated and target driven Bachelor’s degree #LI-WK1 Organization: Advanta Company: Siemens Industry, Inc.
