Who You’ll Work With:
We manufacture one of the world’s most extensive portfolios of connected
products, including: PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones
and workstations; as well as augmented and virtual reality (ThinkReality),
smart home office solutions, software and services.
In this role you will be supporting our Intelligent Device Group (IDG). The
IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high-
growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with
new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new
opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things
(IoT), security and as-a-service solutions.
What You'll Do:
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for management of a team of inside
sales professionals who support a defined group of business partner accounts
located throughout all Canadian provinces and territories. In this role you
will be working directly with the category, campaign, business segments, as
well as the extended NA sales teams. Your leadership responsibility will span
nationally across the Canadian market. Activities include all people
management responsibilities, sales performance measurements, delivery of sales
results and execution of Lenovo’s strategic activity within the Public Sector
space. The ability to nurture and build a high performance team with a strong
cultural foundation is of paramount interest as a member of the broader team.

#### Position Requirements:
\- 5-7 years of sales experience, IT sales preferred.
\- Hands on experience in the Canadian Public Sector and Enterprise market is
required
\- Fluency in English is a must with French seen as an added benefit
(written/verbal).
\- Excellent Communication abilities with specific focus on interpersonal
skills, as well as verbal, written and listening skills.
\- Demonstrated success as a strategic thinker
\- Some sought skills are the ability to tightly forecast, quick action with
understood outcomes, risk taker when called upon, customer first throughout
functions (to name a few).
\- Proven ability to successfully handle a variety of tasks in a fast paced
environment.
\- Management or leadership experience an asset
\- Strong interest in a sales career path and leading a high performance sales
culture.
\- Completed university or college degree.
\- This role will be located at Lenovo’s Markham, ON office (Toronto area).
