As we embrace virtual selling we are re-evaluating the sales and buying journey. As part of this journey we are introducing a new inside sales team within our organisation. The inside sales team consists of a number of roles including demand & business development as well as inside sales. The inside sales manager will be responsible for developing and deploying the inside sales strategy specific to the markets the teams are responsible for. You will be responsible for the sale process execution, territory and account management processes, business development and revenue attainment. They will be responsible for managing our channel and direct business. You will be able to manage performance, drive revenue attainment and profitability through the inside sales function Your main duties : Achieve revenue and profitability targets Provide leadership for all of our inside sales function Collaborate with marketing to develop the inside sales demand creation strategy and oversee execution Lead the inside sales team to deliver the account strategy defined by the sales managers (acquisition, retention, consolidation) Collaborate with the sales operations leader to maximise efficiency of the inside sales team through our standard tools Lead the inside sales team to orchestrate internal and external resources throughout the sales process Lead the inside sales team to accurately capture and report account and opportunity information within the CRM Fulfil reporting requirements including pipeline and forecast Work with marketing to ensure all SLAs related to lead management are met Own the onboarding of new accounts and ensure sales peers are adhering to processes Qualifications A Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business & Sales related education 2-5 years of inside sales management experience B2B experience selling, process orientation and data analysis experience, strong knowledge of sales methodology Soft skills: Passionate Collaborative customer-oriented thinking Result-oriented actions Digital Mindset What we offer: At Eaton, we aspire to be a model of inclusion and diversity in our industry—a place where everyone matters and everyone belongs.
