That is why we are looking for a highly dynamic individual with strong
relationship and negotiating skills. The Inside Sales Manager position will be
responsible for generating sales and revenue. This individual will manage and
lead a department of inside sales personnel in selling Lenovo’s full solution
and services portfolios to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls.
Your Responsibilities will be to:
• Cultivate client relationships to achieve revenue, profit, expense budget
and YoY growth
• Achieve results via strategic/collaborative engagement internally and
externally
• Be a leader in building and developing processes driving CX daily,
operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales, product
upgrades, problem resolution, sales campaign programs, and business controls
to maximize results
• Ensure products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill
their needs
• Create winning Diverse & Inclusive culture, attraction, retention, and
development for inside sales team
• Manage all aspects of complex sales and drive to close. The successful
candidate will have demonstrated team building and leadership experience.
#### Position Requirements:
• Previous field (outbound) sales experience and inside sales experience
preferred
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong communications skills and ability to communicate strategic direction,
innovative thinking
• Services & PC industry experience
• Curiosity about the changing technology industry
• Ability to work proactively in a fast paced and matrixed work environment
• Collaborative, broad cultural awareness across the EMEA region
