Role: Secure sales for Eaton emergency lighting and central battery products and services. Engage with existing strategic wholesale/channel partners and select installers to drive more immediate, shorter gestation sales remotely. This role is part of the national specialist sales team which are delivering the exciting, new, dedicated emergency lighting range within the UK market. Job Responsibilities Use an array of engagement techniques and medium to identify, engage and convert potential customers to using Eaton three-phase UPS solutions based on the benefits to each customer type Proactively identify, map, engage & secure opportunities from new accounts to drive & support project solution sales growth Network within & identify new, target end users, contractors & system integrators, distributors & reseller customers to drive project solution sales Drive solution sales growth through your identified customer type & market sector accounts to exceed quarterly targets and grow market share Plan and execute your account-based solution sales plan focusing on key activities to drive collaboration and partnership within your account base where appropriate Provide weekly forecasts to solution sales and marketing on volume of demand and revenue recognition Outbound prospecting, developing new contacts within accounts using digital channels Be motivated by continuous improvement and strive to constantly exceed internal and external expectations Data driven – be able to understand data, draw conclusions and make recommendations on how we should adapt based on what we are seeing Effectively and proactively plan and deliver sales success, progressing opportunities through the sales funnel & navigating the sales progress Use and embrace the digital sales enablement tools to maximize your chances of success & support wider promotional/marketing activities. Qualifications Qualifications Preferred education level: Graduate in sales/business related field. Years and area of experience required: Proven internal solution sales performer in electrical sector. Technical/UPS understanding, or background would be of benefit. Technical knowledge: 3-phase UPS experience ideally, fundamental principles of electrical/electronic systems as a minimum.
