This position will be a hybrid office/remote role as long as you live within 50 miles of our Raleigh, NC facility. Position Overview: The Inside Services Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of assigned products and/or services by conducting outbound calling to existing customers, resellers, and end users. In this function you will: Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements. Position will be responsible for meeting or exceeding both an individual and a team sales goal. Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations. Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects. Administer all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response. Generate quotes, special pricing requests, and partners with Sales Representatives, Distributors, and End-Users to reach regional sales goals. Handle calls related to price checks, delivery times, inventory availability, literature requests, and order status from key Sales Representatives, Distributors, and End-Users. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales or sales support. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Raleigh, NC will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Preferred Qualifications: Business to Business (B2B) sales experience. Technical selling experience. Knowledge of Power Quality and IT Markets. #LI-CB3 We make what matters work.
