Invisalign Inside Sales Representative - Orthodontics

As an Invisalign Inside Sales Representative supporting our expansion in the UK you will work together with the field sales, clinical and customer teams to identify, profile and remotely recruit and support orthodontists who wish to offer Invisalign products in their practices and embrace the digital journey with iTero intraoral scanner.

With a competitive base salary and commission scheme, your primary responsibilities will include the use of phone, email, and remote presentation software to recruit Orthodontists for the certification courses allowing them to become Invisalign providers. The same tools will be used to develop our low providers along their journey with Invisalign and iTero.

Job Description

Your mission is to recruit new customers and develop Low Providers within the Orthodontic Channel, UK for Align Technology. 

As an Invisalign Sales Representative you will work together with the field sales team to identify and remotely recruit prospective Orthodontists who wish to offer Invisalign products in their practices and develop low Invisalign providers.  As an Invisalign Sales Representative

With a competitive base salary and a generous commission scheme, your primary responsibilities will include the use of phone, email, and remote presentation software to recruit prospective Orthodontists for courses to  both become Invisalign providers and to develop existing low providers and stalled Doctors.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

o    Engage certified doctors with low case submissions and develop potential for new cases

o    Engage non-certified doctors and establish their potential as an Invisalign provider

o    Provide outgoing calls to push commercial promotions during the year

o    Follow up on leads from field sales team, company events, marketing webinars, website contact forms, etc.

o    Recruit Doctors for Orthodontic channel clinical education events

o    Travel to field (UK) 2-4 times per year for regional sales meetings, exhibitions/conferences, company events, etc.

o    Learn and maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and/or Orthodontia medical equipment.

o    Provide all appropriate documentation and reporting via Sales Force

o    Perform other duties as assigned

We seek: an Invisalign Sales Representative with

Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, including inside/telephone sales

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Natural ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others

Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.

BS or BA preferred and/or equivalent experience.

Proven track record of on-target achievement

Professional English skills for workplace

Natural ability to navigate through gatekeepers and identify and influence decision makers

High level of time management skills and a team player
