The Telesales Advisor (French Speaker) is responsible for generating revenue, both directly and indirectly for BSI through pro-active telephone activities. This also includes targeting existing and potential new clients, and qualifying enquiries.

As a Telesales Advisor (French Speaker), you will:

  • Handle inbound telephone enquiries for training courses.
  • Ensure that the customer/delegates receive the most relevant information for their needs.
  • Receive web generated enquiries and follow up to “close the sale”
  • Work with and provide appropriate support to the field-based sales staff.
  • Proposing qualified sales visits and provide quotations to the customer.
  • Ensure that the enquiry is systematically followed up.
  • Maintain sales activity data in the CRM
  • Provide a weekly activity report.
  • Outbound telesales activity including - action all sales enquiries to achieve revenue directly and indirectly

Your Key Performance indicators will be:

  • Achieve/exceed set targets
  • Ensure all sales leads are qualified and actions set.
  • Generate new business & sales opportunities via professional handling of incoming calls and proactively making outbound calls.
  • Conversion of enquiries to visits, quotes and sales revenue
  • Production of activity summary report
  • Maintenance and update of client records
  • Course Occupancy

We are looking for a Telesales Advisor (French Speaker) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferably with previous experience in a telephone sales or customer facing environment.
