Position Description: The function of the ISR Sales Rep is to provide direct support to the Sales Manager in the ongoing development of existing and prospective Gov clients, to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets. • Develop relationships with Gov customers, distis and business partners • Understand customer needs and requirements • Build competitive offerings with an important degree of detail in product • Develop strategies to cover your database with distis and channels • Lead team work between product and sales in order to define priority actions to grow the Gov share • Identify decision makers & influencers, set appointments to work closely with customers in their requirements, qualify opportunities and manage the entire sales process through closing • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory • Plan sales projections • Feed company tools as CRM and customer experience • Maintain updated opportunities for weekly forecast reviews • Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals • Take care of customer experience • Maintain and manage a large pipeline while accurately forecasting to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas. #### Position Requirements: • Proven minimum 3-4 years of inside sales experience in Gov accounts • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong listening and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
